Edward D. Odoms is a relationship builder, community philanthropist and mentor to children in the communities of Vancouver and Portland. His company Odoms Home Mold quickly became the go-to mold solution for hundreds of realtors in the Vancouver and Portland area.

Eddie has the top certifications in his industry. He follows protocols based on guidelines from the ANSI/IICRC S520 and EPA, which include controlling the contamination at the source and removing the contamination by using HEPA vacuuming and applying a safe EPA registered mold killing product.

Eddie Odoms

Eddie understands the culture of real estate and built his company specifically to support the unique needs of relators and their clients. His business specializes in helping both sides of a real estate transaction reach closing on time-especially when mold is discovered during the process. Eddie guarantees that every client will have the most positive mold experience possible, making what's usually a stressful situation feel manageable and solution-focused.

Beyond his business, Eddie is deeply invested in his community. He proudly serves as a Board Member, Donor, and Volunteer for the FISH Food Pantry, a vital local organization that provides free groceries, fresh produce, and basic essentials to families facing hunger in the area. Every time he's invited to resent at a real estate office, he donates to a local food turning business opportunities into opportunities to serve.

Eddie is also a Board Member, Donor, and Mentor with Teach One to Lead One, a national nonprofit that partners with local schools to mentor students in life leadership principles. The goal is to help youth build the character and confidence they need to become tomorrow's leaders.

Trevor Burns

Trevor Burns has been with Odoms Home Mold Remediation for the past four years. He was hired early on as a part-time treatment technician. Trevor’s work ethic and ability to retain information quickly put him on track to be mentored and trained by Eddie in all aspects of Odoms Home Mold Remediation. He is a certified inspector and mold remediator and follows all protocols based on the guidelines from the ANSI/IICRC S520 and EPA. 

Trevor understands the unique needs of real estate & property management and knows the importance of integrity in business and life. He is a passionate individual who goes above and beyond the expectations, Eddie sets for him. Trevor is trustworthy and hardworking; he will not quit until he is satisfied that the job was done right. He strives to be the best at anything he does and takes pride in his work. When you see Trevor show up on-site, he represents the integrity and all the values that Eddie holds dear.

Trevor was recently recognized for his outstanding efforts and was given The Universal Principals Award. This award recognizes his exceptional dedication to mastering the mold remediation craft through self-discipline, perseverance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. His journey is a powerful reflection of the company's universal principles of respect for the work done, integrity in every detail, self-control through steady growth, compassion in service, and courage to learn and lead. Through teamwork, enthusiasm, and humility, Trevor has become a cornerstone of our mission-serving with honor and setting a standard of excellence that inspires us all.

Outside of work, Trevor’s passions include spending time with his family and his dog, fishing, and cooking. He is also married to Eddie & Regina’s only daughter and they welcomed their first child in 2024.

Tyson became a valued member of the Odoms Home Mold Remediation team in early 2024. As a certified mold remediation technician, he brings a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for creating healthier living environments for his clients. Tyson is known for his hardworking attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

When he is not on the job, Tyson enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two young daughters. He enjoys playing sports, grilling, and exploring the outdoors. He loves taking his daughters throughout the Pacific Northwest, creating new adventures, and making lifelong memories.

Adam Furtado

Adam Furtado

Adam has been part of the Odoms Home Mold Remediation team since early 2025. He brings compassion, versatility, and discipline to the company. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and upholds the core values of honor, respect, and devotion to duty in every job. Adam ensures that each client receives the highest standard of care and professionalism.


When he is not working, Adam enjoys living in the countryside with his son and wife, tending to their garden, and creating opportunities to bring people together. Adam also has a keen interest in psychology, which deepens his understanding of how a safe and healthy home environment impacts overall well-being.

Zach Ridenhour

Zach is from Seattle and has been a valued team member of Odoms Home Mold Remediation since the summer of 2025. He takes pride in doing detailed, high-quality work that helps keep homes safe and people healthy. Zach is always looking to learn new things, whether it's on the job or just in everyday life. 

Outside of work, you'll often find Zach spending his time exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, enjoying a wide variety of movies, or dedicating himself to getting a good workout at the gym!

Austin has been a part of the Odoms Home Mold Remediation team since the summer of 2025. He is dedicated, hard-working, and always focused on personal growth. He takes pride in helping homeowners restore safe and healthy environments. Austin is goal-oriented and continually seeks opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.


Outside of work, he enjoys staying active on the basketball court and unwinding with video games as a way to relax and recharge.
